Art.2
Havelberg Store sells goods by mail order via the Internet.
Art.3
Orders can be placed at www.hvbstore.com. The customer can only be an adult.
Art.4
The customer has the right to return the product without giving any reason within 14 days. The refund is returned within 7 business days to the account provided by the buyer. Returnable products must not have any signs of use, mechanically damaged. They must also have an intact tag.
Art.5
For each order, a sales document or a VAT invoice is issued in accordance with the customer's request. Changes to the order can be made by contacting us by e-mail at kontakt@hvbstore.com.
Art.6
By placing an order by the Buyer, the Buyer accepts the provisions of these Regulations. Each customer, when placing an order, must confirm the knowledge of the regulations.
Art.7
The condition for the contract is to provide the address data to which the Seller will send the ordered goods and the current e-mail address and telephone number of the Buyer in order to confirm the order and efficient delivery by mail. Orders without complete data may be canceled.
Art.10
The seller is not responsible for delays in the shipment with the ordered goods, for which the courier company is to blame.
Art.11
By placing an order, you agree to issue a proof of sale without the buyer's signature. All prices in the Havelberg Store online store include VAT. At the request of the Buyer, a VAT invoice is issued. The offer is binding until the customer takes over the parcel. Goods purchased from the Havelberg Store Online Store are new and unused.
Art.12
Pursuant to the Act of 2 March 2000 on the protection of certain consumer rights and liability for damage caused by a dangerous product, the Buyer has the right to return the goods together with the shipping cost without giving any reason within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods at the address company headquarters.
Art.13
In the event of a complaint / return of goods, the condition for accepting the complaint is to inform the Seller in advance by phone or e-mail and send the goods to the address of the Seller by a previously agreed shipment with an attached description of the defect in writing and attaching a proof of sale. We do not accept parcels sent back to us COD or sent at our expense.
Art.14
The refund for the advertised or returned goods and the refund of prepayments for unrealized orders is made only to the bank account indicated by the Buyer (full details are required, i.e. account owner, account number, address of the account owner) within 2 days from the date of receipt of the returned goods by the Seller or canceling the order. When returning / replacing the goods, the Buyer shall send the returned / replaced goods at his own expense along with the proof of sale to the Seller's address.
Art.15
In matters not covered by the above Regulations, the relevant provisions of the Civil Code shall apply.
Art.16
Havelberg Store reserves the right to make changes to the content of these Regulations. Each customer, before sending the order, is asked to read the content of the Regulations and is always bound by its provisions at the time of ordering.
Art.17
The buyer has 14 days to return the goods, including shipping costs, without giving any reason. The goods may be returned in their original packaging with a tag and proof of purchase. Damaged goods are not subject to return.
